ALSO NOTED FOOD HANDLER FLIP CIRCUIT SWITCH FOR BOTH WALK IN COOLER AND FREEZER. INSTRUCTED NOT TO TURN OFF COOLER WHILE STOCKING FRIDGE OR FREEZER. WALK IN COOLER AND FREEZER ARE NOW AT PROPER TEMPERATURE. REACH IN FREEZER TAGGED AND HELD FOR INSPECTION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. INSTRUCTED NOT TO USE FREEZER UNTIL CORRECTED AND REINSPECTED BY CDPH. PRIORITY VIOLATION.7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
