HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: Upon arrival inspector went to wash hands at exposed hand sink near three compartment sink and found no paper towels. Additionally found no paper towels in the men's washroom. Instructed facility to maintain all hand washing sinks with soap and paper towels at all times. Facility installed at time of inspection. Critical violation 7-38-030.
Missing supplies prevent proper handwashing, forcing inadequate cleaning that spreads pathogens.
All handwashing sinks must have soap and hand drying provisions.
Soap in dispensers at each sink; Paper towels in dispensers or air dryers; Supplies maintained during all hours; Waste receptacles if paper towels used.

PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION CORRECTED, 7-42-090 - Comments: Previous serious violation not corrected from report # 2176540, dated 5-31-18: Violation 19- "Observed the outside garbage area not maintained: found lids propped open with garbage piled over the rim of the cans and observed the ground around the cans to be dirty and stained. Instructed facility to clean areas and maintain dumpsters with lids closed and tight fitting. Serious violation 7-38-020." Observed garbage lid still unable to close due to trash overflowing the top. Facility moved trash into adjacent can that was not at capacity and now both lids are closed with no trash overflowing. Critical violation 7-42-090.
