HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: Upon arrival inspector went to wash hands at exposed hand sink near three compartment sink and found no paper towels. Additionally found no paper towels in the men's washroom. Instructed facility to maintain all hand washing sinks with soap and paper towels at all times. Facility installed at time of inspection. Critical violation 7-38-030.

Instructed facility to clean areas and maintain dumpsters with lids closed and tight fitting. Serious violation 7-38-020." Observed garbage lid still unable to close due to trash overflowing the top.
