INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED 20 MICE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALL AND IN THE CORNER BEHIND THE KIDS BOOK SHELF CASE, NOTED 15 MICE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR SCATTERED IN THE UTILITY CLOSET AND 15 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED ON THE FLOOR IN THE FURNACE ROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE DROPPINGS AND DETAIL CLEAN AREAS. ALSO CALL PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION CITATION ISSUED #7-38-020(A).
