INSTRUCTED THAT ALL HAND SINKS MUST BE CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES, AND PROVIDED WITH A SUPPLY OF SOAP AND A SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICE. OPERATOR CORRECTED THESE ITEMS DURING INSPECTION.
