ALSO, THE KITCHEN EXPOSED HAND SINK WAS INACCESSIBLE AT TIME OF INSPECTION DUE TO A BUCKET AND DUST BIN SITTING IN THE BASIN OF THE SINK, AND BUCKETS STORED ON THE FLOOR DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE SINK. INSTRUCTED THAT ALL HAND SINKS MUST BE CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES, AND PROVIDED WITH A SUPPLY OF SOAP AND A SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICE. OPERATOR CORRECTED THESE ITEMS DURING INSPECTION.
