RODENT DROPPINGS WERE IDENTIFIED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: 1 IN THE RETURNS ROOM, 4 IN THE CORNER OF THE CUSTOMER PICKUP AREA, 15 IN THE CEREAL AISLE, 27 IN THE DOG FOOD AISLE, 1 IN THE CHIPS AISLE, 13 IN THE PET BOWL SUPPLIES AISLE, 1 IN THE PET FISH AREA, 1 IN THE CAT LITTER AREA, 30 AGAINST THE WALL OF THE TVS IN BACK STORAGE, 5 BY THE POP STORAGE IN BACK, 30 BY THE STORAGE SHELVES IN BACK CLOSEST TO THE HOT WATER HEATER, 30 BY THE UPSTAIRS BIKE AREA, 40 IN THE UPSTAIRS CLOTHES STORAGE AREA. 25 LIVE FRUIT FLIES IN THE PRODUCE AREA ON THE SALES FLOOR AND IN THE BACK STORAGE. MUST REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN, SANITIZE, AND MAINTAIN THE AFFECTED AREAS. ECO LAB IS ON SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. FACILITY HAS A TEAM TO REMOVING EVIDENCE, CLEANING, AND SANITIZING AFFECTED AREAS DURING INSPECTION TO MINIMIZE PROBLEM BUT WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE TASK.
