ABOUT 15 LIVE FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED AT THE FRESH FRUIT STAND AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND ABOUT 75 FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED IN THE BREAK ROOM, HALLWAY, WASHROOMS AND WAREHOUSE AREA AROUND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
