MANAGER VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED APPROX. 36LBS OF VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS AND APPROX. 245LBS OF FROZEN FOOD ITEMS WERE TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. TOTAL APPROX. VALUE $1500.00. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005(A).
