A HAND WASHING SINK IS NEEDED TO BE ACCESSIBLE AT THE SERVING LINE IN CLOSE TO THE FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED. THE DOOR WAS REMOVED DURING THE INSPECTION TO MAKE THE HAND SINK TO THE FOOD PREP AREA ACCESSIBLE.
