INFORMED FOOD HANDLER OF PROPER THAWING METHODS (MUST UTILIZE RUNNING WATER WITH ENOUGH VOLATILITY WHEN THAWING). MUST MEET PROPER THAWING REQUIREMENTS AND MAINTAIN. THE MANAGER REMOVED THE FROZEN BEEF AND PLACED IT INSIDE THE 2-DOOR COOLER DURING THE INSPECTION.
