MUST DETAIL CLEAN ALL SAID AREAS AND MAINTAIN.

GARBAGE & REFUSE PROPERLY DISPOSED; FACILITIES MAINTAINED - Comments: FOUND ALL DUMPSTER LIDS OPEN AND UNABLE TO COMPLETELY CLOSE DUE TO OVERFLOWING GARBAGE/CARDBOARD INSIDE THE INDOOR WASTE RECEPTACLE ROOM. MUST KEEP LIDS COVERED WHEN INDOOR DUMPSTERS ARE FILLED AND NOT IN CONTINUOUS USE, AND MAINTAIN.
