THE MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: IN THE DISHWASHING AREA WHERE THE DISHWASHING MACHINE IS STORED, UNDER THE DRAINBOARD AT THE TWO COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE FOOD PREP AREA, ON THE SHELVING UNIT WHERE CLEAN SHEET TRAYS WERE STORED, BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT UNDER THE VENTILATION HOOD, ON THE BLACK CART WHERE THE MICROWAVE IS STORED IN THE DINING AREA, AND IN THE MOP SINK STORAGE AREA ACROSS FROM THE CATERIA.
