OBSERVED WASTE WATER BACKING UP FROM FLOOR DRAIN WHEN FAUCET IS TURNED ON,UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT BAR(SOUTH WEST AREA).
Blocked or unsupplied sinks force employees to skip handwashing, spreading fecal bacteria and viruses to food.
Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.
Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

ALSO WE OBSERVED(THE OWNER AND I) LIVE ROACHES BEHIND THE SOFA LOCATED ON SOUTH SIDE OF WALL.ALSO A UNKNOWN WHITE POWER HEAVILY APPLIED BEHIND THE BAR(LOCATED IN AMUSEMENT ROOM)AND AROUND THE OUTSIDE BATTING CAGE WERE IS ACCESSIBLE TO CHILDREN AND CUSTOMERS.INSTUCTED TO REMOVE AND CLEAN AREA.
