INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED OVER 30 MICE DROPPINGS BEHIND HEAVY EQUIPMENT ALONG WALL BASE IN KOSHER STATION OF OPEN DINING AREA. ALSO OBSERVED SEVERAL SMALL FLYING INSECTS ON WALL AND CEILING OF SAME AREA ALONG WITH 8 ON WALL OF BASEMENT MOP ROOM. MUST REMOVE CLEAN/SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A).
