OBSERVED NO FAUCET AT EXPOSED SINK AT SIDE OF TRUCK AS REQUIRED, MUST INSTALL. TRUCK OPERATOR USING WATER FROM AN IGLOO CONTAINER AND HAND SANITIZER FOR HANDWASHING. MUST REPAIR FAUCET AT EXPOSED SINK.
