INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND DEBRIS, SANITIZE ALL AREAS, ORGANIZE AND ELEVATE ALL STORED ITEMS AND PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING SEAL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE EXIT GARAGE DOOR. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
