INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO DETAIL CLEAN ALL FLOORS TO REMOVE DIRT BUILD UP, AND MAINTAIN. ALSO NOTED HEAVY ICE ACCUMULATION ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE DOOR FRAME INSIDE THE BAKERY WALK-IN FREEZER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ICE, CLEAN, AND MAINTAIN.
