THERE WAS A CARDBOARD BOX AND PLASTIC CONTAINERS STORED IN THE HAND WASHING SINK BASIN. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ALL HAND WASHING SINKS ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AT ALL TIMES.
