DID NOT OBSERVE ANY CLEAR SEPARATION/PREVENTION FROM POTENTIAL CONTAMINATION AS 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IS DIRECTLY BELOW ALL CLEANING AGENTS, WITH DRYING RACKS STORED ON SIDES OF 3 COMPARTMENT SINK ALMOST DIRECTLY AT HEIGHT OF THE CHEMICAL STORAGE SHELF. PRIORITY VIOLATION, 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED. MANAGER RELOCATED ALL CHEMICALS AND CLEANING AGENTS TO SEPARATE STORAGE AREA TO PREVENT POTENTIAL SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION.
