Must provide 15 seconds of continuous water flow in all metered faucets at wash bowl sinks in all restrooms to allow for proper hand washing. Must maintain same. Observed no hot water at sinks #1 and #4 in boys 3rd floor restroom (near lunchroom). Must provide 100F hot water at all washbowl sinks in all restrooms. Must maintain same.
Blocked or unsupplied sinks force employees to skip handwashing, spreading fecal bacteria and viruses to food.
Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.
Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

Must install a dedicated, exposed hand washing sink with hot (100F)/cold water with adequate city pressure, soap and paper towels, and a hand washing sign in dispensing area of lunch room. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).
