OBSERVED OVER 100 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: 10 DROPPINGS ALONG THE WALL NEXT TO THE TABLES AND EXTERIOR DOOR, 3 DROPPINGS IN THE CORNER OF THE LUNCHROOM, 10 DROPPINGS BETWEEN THE WALK-IN FREEZER AND WALL, 10 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE SMALL METAL STORAGE CABINET IN THE LUNCHROOM AND 20 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE LARGE METAL STORAGE CABINET NEXT TO THE FOOD SERVICE MANAGER'S OFFICE, 15 DROPPINGS IN AND UNDER THE METAL CABINET AT THE END OF THE SERVICE LINE WHERE THE COMPUTER IS SET UP AND NEXT TO THE MILK COOLER, 20 DROPPINGS ON THE WOODEN STORAGE PALLET AND BEHIND THE PLASTIC EQUIPMENT TOTE IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE AREA, 30 DROPPINGS ON THE CARPET FLOOR BEHIND THE DESK AND INSIDE THE STORAGE CABINETS OF ROOM 131. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS IN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A).
