HANDS WASHED AND CLEANED, GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES; NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY-TO-EAT FOODS. - Comments: OBSERVED EMPLOYEE IMPROPERLY WASH THEIR HANDS WHILE USING GLOVES. OBSERVED EMPLOYEE WEARING GLOVES PREPPING DOUGH/FLOUR, THEN RINSE HIS GLOVED HANDS IN THE HAND SINK AND PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS, THEN RETURN TO PREPPING FOOD. THIS SAME EMPLOYEE ALSO DID THIS ACTION A SECOND TIME. INSTRUCTED THAT EMPLOYEES MUST NOT WASH AND REUSE GLOVES. INSTRUCTED THAT EMPLOYEES MUST PROPERLY WASH HANDS BETWEEN GLOVE CHANGES AND OTHER TASKS THAT MAY RESULT IN HAND CONTAMINATION. THE EMPLOYEE REMOVED GLOVES, PROPERLY WASHED HIS HANDS, PUT ON NEW GLOVES, THEN RETURNED TO PREPPING FOOD. CRITICAL VIOLATION: 7-38-010(A)
