IN THE FOOD PREP AREA APPROX 25-30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE SIDES OF BOTH REFRIGERATOR UNITS AND UNDER THE SHELVING UNIT. LAUNDRY ROOM APRROX 10-15 ALONG WALL EDGE IN THE CORNER NEAR DOOR AND SIDE OF MACHINES. STAFF BREAK ROOM APPROX 20 DROPPINGS ALONG WALL BASE AND IN CORNERS. APPROX 5-10 DROPPINGS IN CORNERS OF THE ROOMS WHERE SLEEPING COTS ARE HELD. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE PEST CONTROL SERVICE PROVIDE SERVICE WITH SERVICE LOG BEFORE RE-INSPECTION OF 10/5/2021. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
