OBSERVED EMPLOYEE AT GRILL USE BARE HANDS TO SLIDE SANDWICH PATTY FROM SPATULA ONTO BREAD. OBSERVED A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE THEN USE BARE HANDS TO PUT THE TOP PORTION OF BREAD ONTO THE SAME SANDWICH. ALSO OBSERVED EMPLOYEE USE BARE HANDS TO PLACE PICKLES ONTO PLATES FROM PREP TOP COOLER. INSTRUCTED THAT BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS IS PROHIBITED. EMPLOYEES WASHED HANDS THEN PUT ON CLEAN GLOVES. CRITICAL VIOLATION: 7-38-010(A)
