Found hundreds of mice droppings under display shelves, in rear storage room, under 2 compartment sink, at front register areas, in front closet, on electrical boxes and along wallbases. Also, outer openings not rodent or insect proofed. Front and rear exit doors not rodent proofed at bottom. Instructed to rodent proofed doors to prevent rodent and insect entry. Must have licensed pest control service premises and provide current service invoice with all required documents. Critical citation issued 7-38-020. Last pest control service report dated 7/23/10. Must update information in log book.
