MUST REMOVE ALL STANDING WATER FROM FLOORS IN ROASTING ROOM AND THROUGHOUT WHERE NEEDED. MUST ALSO REPAIR ALL PITTED AND DAMAGED AREAS IN FLOORS THROUGHOUT PLANT AND MAKE FLOORS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. CDPH NOTED SPECIFIC AREAS WHERE FLOORS WERE DAMAGED IN BASEMENT,PASTE ROOM AND IN ROASTING ROOM UNDER LIQUOR GRINDING MILLS.
