INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROPERLY STORE ALL FOOD EQUIPMENT. FOUND TAPE ON FREEZER DOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER USE OF DUCT TAPE TO REPAIR IS PROHIBITED. FOUND DIRTY BROKEN ALUMINUM FOIL ON SHELVES IN COOLER ON KOSHER SIDE (NORTH WALL) OF THE KITCHEN AND ON GREASE TRAP PIPES AND ALL SHELVES IN THE KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE FOIL,SURFACE MUST BE SMOOTH,CLEANABLE AND NON-ABSORBENT MATERIAL. OBSERVED EMPLOYEE NOT WASHING HANDS DUE TO EXPOSED HAND SINK INSTALLED AT LEAST 50 FEET FROM NORTH SIDE OF THE KITCHEN/PREP AREA.NO EXPOSED HAND SINK IN DISH ROOM .INSTRUCTED TO INSTALLED AN EXPOSED HAND SINK WITH HOT /COLD RUNNING WATER AND UNDER CITY PLUMBING CODE.SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS MUST BE PROVIDED.INSTALL ONE SINK CENTRAL PART OF THE KITCHEN/DISH ROOM OR TWO SINKS ONE IN PREP AREA AND ONE IN DISH ROOM AREA
