FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED - Comments: 4-101.19 FOUND HEAVY RUST BUILD UP ON THE BOTTOM SHELVES OF THE TWO TABLES IN THE DISHWASHING AREA. MUST REMOVE RUST SO SHELVING IS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE, AND MAINTAINED.
