ALSO OBSERVED 10 LIVE SMALL FLYING INSECTS IN THE BASEMENT FOOD PREP AREA. ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR AND RAILS INSIDE OF THE LARGE BAKERY OVEN. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES.
