ALL SAID ITEMS WERE VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED AT THIS TIME BY PIC. INSTRUCTED TO HOLD ALL COLD-HELD TCS FOODS @41F AND BELOW AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
