INSTALL SOAP, PAPER TOWELS AND HANDWASH SIGN AS WELL. OBSERVED 3 COMPARTMENT SINK INSTALLED IN BAR AREA HOWEVER NO GREASE TRAP IS INSTALLED, NO MIXING VALVES ON WATER FAUCETS AND LEAK AT BOTTOM OF 2ND COMPARTMENT. 2 FAUCETS ON SINK 1 WITH HOT WATER AND THE OTHER WITH COLD WATER. INSTRUCTED TO CORRECT AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY VUOLATION 7-38-030(C) NO CITATION ISSUED
