PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED HANDSINK INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. HANDSINK IS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE BAR AREA NOT IN THE BAR AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CORRECT PLACEMENT OF SINK. INSTALL SOAP, PAPER TOWELS AND HANDWASH SIGN AS WELL. OBSERVED 3 COMPARTMENT SINK INSTALLED IN BAR AREA HOWEVER NO GREASE TRAP IS INSTALLED, NO MIXING VALVES ON WATER FAUCETS AND LEAK AT BOTTOM OF 2ND COMPARTMENT. 2 FAUCETS ON SINK 1 WITH HOT WATER AND THE OTHER WITH COLD WATER. INSTRUCTED TO CORRECT AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY VUOLATION 7-38-030(C) NO CITATION ISSUED
