MANAGER ADJUSTED HOT WATER HEATER TEMPERATURE DURING THE INSPECTION AND BY THE END OF THE INSPECTION HOT WATER AT ALL SAID HAND WASHING SINKS WERE MAINTAINING 100F AND AT THE BAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK MAINTAINING 110F. INSTRUCTED TO ALWAYS MAINTAIN ADEQUATE HOT WATER AT ALL SINKS AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
