MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN SO THAT A WATER TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 100-120F CAN BE MAINTAINED TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
