SEWAGE AND WASTE WATER DISPOSAL, NO BACK SIPHONAGE, CROSS CONNECTION AND/OR BACK FLOW - Comments: THE EXPOSED HAND SINK DID NOT DRAIN DURING INITIAL HAND WASHING WHEN THE INSPECTION BEGAN. A PLUMBER WAS CALLED AND IS ON SITE AND THE EXPOSED HAND SINK DRAIN WAS RODDED OUT AND WATER BEGAN TO FLOW DOWN THE DRAIN. MAINTAIN THE EXPOSED HAND SINK SO IT DRAINS PROPERLY AT ALL TIMES.

CLOTH APRONS ARE STUFFED INTO THE GAP AT THIS TIME, REPAIR THE DOOR SO IT IS PEST PROOF.
