Vomit and diarrhea contain millions of viral particles. One incident can contaminate entire facility and cause outbreak affecting dozens.

Written procedures required for cleaning bodily fluid events to prevent disease transmission.

Written procedure must address: Isolating contaminated area; Removing and discarding affected food; Using proper PPE; Cleaning and sanitizing with appropriate concentration; Proper disposal of contaminated materials.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED THE PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK NOT MAINTAINED.THE LAST PEST INSPECTION REPORT WAS DATED 11/19/2022.INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST 2 PEST INSPECTION REPORTS PER YEAR AS REQUIRED AND MAINTAIN THEM IN THE PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK FOR REVIEW.PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(C),CITATION ISSUED.
