SEWAGE AND WASTE WATER DISPOSAL, NO BACK SIPHONAGE, CROSS CONNECTION AND/OR BACK FLOW - Comments: 48-HOUR CRITICAL VIOLATION NOTICE VIOLATION HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED: IMPROPER WASTE WATER DISPOSAL. OBSERVED WASTE WATER BACKING UP FROM THE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE DISHROOM WHEN THE HIGH TEMP. DISH MACHINE IS RUNNING. INSTRUCTED TO USE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO PROPERLY WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE, UNTIL THE NECCESSARY REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE. AT TIME OF INSPECTION THE SCHOOL WAS UNABLE TO FIX THE PREVIOUS WASTE WATER DISPOSAL VIOLATIONS FROM THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION IN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN BY CDPH. THE SCHOOL IS NOW REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE FOOD SOURCE WITH COLD, PREPACKAGED FOODS ONLY. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030
