FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED - Comments: 4-101.19 OBSERVED A TOWEL BEING USED TO LINE THE INTERIOR OF THE 3 DOOR REFRIGERATOR. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE TOWEL, ALL SURFACES MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED A PLASTIC WRAP AROUND THE PIPE THAT GOES INTO THE FLOOR DRAIN UNDER THE 2 COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE PLASTIC, ALL SURFACES MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
