SEWAGE AND WASTE WATER DISPOSAL, NO BACK SIPHONAGE, CROSS CONNECTION AND/OR BACK FLOW - Comments: OBSERVED WASTE WATER BACKING UP FROM THE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA WHEN THE WATER IS RUNNING AT THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN SO THAT THE WATER DRAINS PROPERLY. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
