INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 LIVE FRUIT FLIES IN THE 4TH FLOOR PREP/DISH AREA ON THE WALLS AND EQUIPMENT. ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 100 RAT DROPPINGS IN THE FACILITY IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: UNDERNEATH THE STAIRCASE IN THE REAR STAIRWELL AREA ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR, AND BEHIND AN OVEN IN THE 3RD FLOOR PREP AREA ALONG THE WALLBASE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM THE BASEMENT AREA AND CONTACT PEST CONTROL SERVICE TO ELIMINATE ALL PEST ACTIVITY FROM THE PREMISES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
