INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: 6-501.111: OBSERVED LIVE MOUSE ON SITE AND APPROXIMATELY 200 MICE DROPPINGS STILL ON SITE THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. THE LIVE MOUSE WAS OBSERVED NEAR THE WALK-IN COOLER WITH THE VEGETABLES ARE STORED IN THE SHOPPING AISLE. THE FOLLOWING AREAS WERE OBSERVED WITH MICE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR:IN THE INSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER WITH PRODUCE STORED INSIDE, FRONT SERVICE AREA BY THE ENTRANCE, SURROUNDING THE AQUARIUMS WITH LIVE FISH ACROSS THE MEAT/SEAFOOD PREP AREA, UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLES IN THE MEAT/SEAFOOD PREP AREA, IN THE MOP SINK AREA, OUTSIDE THE TOILET ROOMS, NEAR THE GREEN PICKING AREA IN THE SHOPPING AREA, THE ELECTRICAL CLOSET AT THE FRONT, ON THE FLOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FREEZER UNIT AND THE AQUARIUM ACROSS FROM THE MEAT/SEAFOOD PREP AREA, AND UNDER THE PALLETS IN THE BASEMENT, ON THE PALLETS BEHIND THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER. THE FOLLOWING SURFACES WERE OBSERVED WITH MICE DROPPINGS: ON THE PALLETS IN THE BASEMENT, ON THE CRATES ELEVATING LIVE FROGS AND FISH BEHIND THE MEAT/ SEAFOOD PREP AREA, THE LEDGE OF THE WALL NEAR THE GREEN PICKING AREA, ON THE SHELVING UNIT IN THE AREA WHERE THE PORTABLE GAS STOVE IS STORED, ON THE PALLETS AND THE FLOORS UNDER THE PALLETS AND SURROUNDING THE AREAS WHERE THE PREPACKAGED ITEMS ARE STORED IN THE SHOPPING AISLE, THE LOWER INTERIOR OF THE COLD HOLDING UNIT NEAR THE TOILET ROOMS, ON TOP OF THE TABLE WHERE THE GREENS ARE PICKED. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN, SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), NO CITATION ISSUED
