Interior ice machine panel and parts not cleaned or maintained. Observed black slimmy substances aonparts, drainlines and panel coming in contact with fresh ice being made and stored. Intructed to detail clean and sanitize all parts to prevent any contamination. Serious citation issued 7-38-005(A). "Held for Inspection" tag placed on ice machine.
