INSTRUCTED MANAMENT THAT EMPLOYEES MUST ALWAYS PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES BY ALWAYS WASHING THEIR HANDS WITH WATER AND SOAP, DRY WITH TOWELS AND THEN PROCEED TO PUT ON GLOVES WHEN HANDLING READY TO EAT FOODS.CDI.
