INSTRUCTED TO HOLD ALL COLD TCS FOODS AT 41F OR BELOW AT ALL TIMES. PIC DISCARDED VOLUNTARILY DURING THIS TIME. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: During the inspection, approximately 25 small droppings were observed in the following areas on the premises: underneath the storage rack in the rear, scattered on the floor, inside a 2-door cabinet in the front prep area where napkins, prepackaged items, and crackers are stored, and inside the cabinets where the beverage dispenser is located. It was instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize the mentioned areas, and eliminate the activity. This is a priority foundation violation. Citation has been issued.
