CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030. MANAGER CLEANED THE PIPE UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND THE GREASE TRAP BOX DURING INSPECTION. 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN NOW DRAINING WELL.
