THE COOLER WAS USED TO STORE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS SUCH AS CHEESE AND HAM. THE COOLER WAS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. UPON MY RETURN ON 7/24/13 TO FINISH WRITING THE REPORT, THE COOLER WAS MAINTAINING A TEMPERATURE OF 38.6F AND THE HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG WAS REMOVED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
