FOUND EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE REAR PREP AREA,NOT ACCESSIBLE AND CONVENIENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES. EXPOSED HAND SINK IS BEING USED AS STORAGE FOR PERSONAL THINGS SUCH AS HAND BAG, APRON,HAT ,AND PIPE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT EXPOSED HAND SINK IS USED FOR HAND WASHING ONLY ,NOT FOR STORAGE. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL. MANAGER REMOVED ALL THE ITEMS FROM THE EXPOSED HAND SINK.
