HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: OBSERVED THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE KITCHEN BACKING UP WHEN THE WATER IS RUN IN THE SINK. ALSO, OBSERVED NO SOAP AT THE SAME HANDWASHING SINK AND AT THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK IN THE INGREDIENT PREP ROOM. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS MUST BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND SUPPLIED WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
