NOTED ONE OF THE URINALS ON THE 2ND FLOOR BOYS BATHROOM IN POOR REPAIRS (NOT FLUSHING). MUST ALSO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. NOTED NO SOAP AT THE HAND WASH SINKS IN THE BOYS BATHROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE SOAP AT ALL BATHROOMS.MANAGER IMMEDIATELY HAD EMPLOYEES PUT SOAP AT THE HAND WASH SINKS.
