ALSO GIRL'S WASHROOM HAD NO WATER FLOW.PRESENT WATER TEMPERATURE FROM 50F TO 54.5F. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER AND any self-closing, slow closing, or metering faucet used shall be designed to provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet. Steam-mixing valves are prohibited. INSTRUCTED ENGINEER FOR THE CHILDREN TO USE WASHBOWL IN STAFF WASHROOM(ROOM #112), HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER IS PROVIDED. SERIOUS VIOLATION: 7-38-030.
