THE OTHER TWO DUMPSTER WITH NO LIDS AT ALL AND WITH OVERFLOWING GARBAGE TOO. DUMPSTER ARE NOT RODENT/INSECTS PROOFED. INSTRUCTED TO MANAGER THAT ALL OUTSIDE DUMPSTER LID MUST BE CLOSED ALL THE TIMES WITHOUT OVERFLOWING GARBAGE. AND DUMPSTER MUST HAVE A TIGHT FITTING LID AND MUST BE RODENT/INSECTS PROOFED.
