OUTSIDE GARBAGE WASTE GREASE AND STORAGE AREA; CLEAN, RODENT PROOF, ALL CONTAINERS COVERED - Comments: Outside garbage area not maintained or rodent proofed. Observed both garbage dumpsters overflowing with debris and trash and lids are not tight fitting creating rodent nuisance. Instructed to have lids tight fitting at all times to prevent rodent and insect entry. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
